Internationalization support in Windows ????

Does anyone know if Window 3.0 or 3.1 provide any support besides what
you can get from the 'win.ini' file. I need to be able to use the
long date format in my windows application, but I find it hard to
believe that there isn't an API in windows which you would pass it
the long date string from 'win.ini' and it would pass you back a
structure that tells you stuff like : the order (MDY, YDM ...), the
delimeters between each, whether or not day of the week was specified.
Is there any public domain DLL's out there that can do this???

	Any help would be appreciated!!

Unfortunately it doesn't. I expected the win3.1 API to do so, but it doesn't.

I've written a shareware DLL that does this (and more). It's called "The INTL
Package" and can be retrieved from cica as pub/pc/win3/misc/intl.zip
