An "Undocumented Feature" :=) When using an owner draw button (BS_OWNERDRAW),
every state change on the button generates an ODA_SELECT message. This 
includes dragging on/off the button with the left mouse button pressed.
This doesn't seem to fit the description that Microsoft gives of owner draw
buttons and ODA_FOCUS, ODA_DRAWENTIRE, and ODA_SELECT. 
This note is for information purposes only, but if you have any comments
about this, please post them. We're using Windows 3.1 with BC++3.1&OWL, but
the bug is in Windows itself.
