I need to write one and only ever one printer driver for windows.  I 
therefore don't want to shell out big bucks for a DDK which I will only
ever use once!  

I understand that technically, the DDK doesn't do anything special to the
c code needed to make the driver.  Is this true.  I'm hoping somebody who
has written a printer driver would be able to let me have the source so I
can modify it for my particular output device.

What I want is to take a client area, and using the print interface, create
a tiff from it.  I have all of the tiff routines, but don't have any idea
how to read the "printed page(s)".  Any help would be appreciated.
