I just got my copy of 3.1, installed in on my computer, and fired up the app I just finished fixing the last :-) bug in. The first dialog box comes up, and all the fields are mis-aligned. As we have already begun preparing for dist- ribution, I have a small feeling of panic as I work through to another dialog box. It too has all the fields misaligned. Thinking that perhaps I have made some heinous mistake, I fire up Borland's Resource Workshop, to see if perchance their dialogs are wrong. They are. So here's my question: does anyone know when Borland will be releasing a fix for BWCC.DLL that doesn't screw up the dialog boxes. We ran a study to determine that our use community preferred the graystyle to Microsoft's default white on black, so changing back really isn't a great option. I know, all developers were supposed to get into Microsoft's beta program, but when we started this, we never dreamed we would actually end up with a product someone might buy, so we didn't want to get involved in beta-testing 3.1. Boy was I stupid. thanks, Don Wilcox | "For I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Washington University in St. Louis | Christ, for it is the power of salvation email: wilcox@cs.wustl.edu | to all who believe."

Borland will be releasing a BC++ update kit for for Windows 3.1. A Borland spokesperson said a couple of weeks ago that the expected date is six to eight weeks after the final release of Windows 3.1 (which was April 6). I know that BWCC.DLL is one of the things being fixed. -- sidney <sidney@borland.com>
