This is weird.  I installed retail Windows 3.1 on my 286 clone today.  Every
time my TPW app writes a floating point number (as a string), the number is 
garbage (this app worked under 3.1.61d - i.e. yesterday! - on the same 
machine!).  Can anyone point me toward a solution?  I have the problem with
message boxes, dialogs, etc.
