Does anyone have any experience running database engines under Windows? There seems to be a number of Windows engines, such as Paradox, dbVISTA, CodeBase, etc. I am looking for insight into the database to select. My requirements are: . Redistributable DLL, royalty free. . Prefer medium model. . Reasonably good support. . Prefer file format compatible with commercial database tools. If anyone would like to throw their two cents in, I'd be more than happy to listen. Thanks in advance. If I get enough response, I'll post a summary.
