I read awhile back that MS was releasing a supplemental compilers disk set for
the SDK.  Has it been released yet?  If so, has anyone out there had any luck
using it with Turbo C++ or Turbo C 2.1.

Yes, my diskette arrived in the mail last week.  I don't know
whether it works with Turbo C; I would expect that Turco C is
lacking some hooks, but I don't know.
