Having just installed Windows version 3 on my computer, I'd like to experiment with writing programs for it. Does anyone have/know of cheap libraries, routines, etc. for accessing Windows through C? From previous articles, I gather that Microsoft sells a developer's kit - does anyone know how much this costs?
