In the September, 1991 issues of PC Magazine, Charles Petzold mentioned
a program called DIBBLE that converts 24-bit DIB's to 8-bit DIB's.  Can
anyone send this to me, or tell me where to get it?  I couldn't find it
on PC Magnet.
