For windows 3.1 you need an update to the WINDEBUG.DLL. It's
available from wsmr-simtel20.army.mil in the <MSDOS.BORLAND>
directory.
You'll have to delete the old WINDEBUG.DLL first and then place
the new one in your C:\WINDOWS or C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory.
