DTK Keen 2000 and Windows

I have a DTK Keen 2000 at home.  It is a 386/20 machine with the 
following equipment:

								5 meg of RAM
								65 meg ST277R-1 HD/16 BIT WD Cont RLL
								ATI VGA Wonder Card with 512k Ram and Win 640x480x256 driver
								ATI mouse/ MS Mouse driver 7.14

								Qemm 5.12 (for hi mem)

The problem I am having is it seems the machine runs windows slowly.
I use an IBM 55sx at work and run windows on it and it seems faster
then my home machines.

  Does anyone know of any problems with the above combinations or 
anything that could make windows slow to run.

I am running in 386enh mode with a 5 meg swap file.



Any help appretiated.
