I tried to unarchive the file on my AT after I uudecoded it on
my school's unix machine. My unarchiving prog. gave me CRC errors.
I file name was ????.arc. I also tried to send the whole article
to my AT (using Zmodem -a on the Ultrix end) editing out the header
uudecoding it and then unarchiving it. This got no better results.

I was wondering if you could try and repost or let me know where
you got thoses utilities(preferably ftp).
