Need DECMOUSE.DRV for Windows 1.01 on VAXmate

I am doing some volunteer work for a local school, helping them
get the most out of their computer resources.  

I gave them an old copy of MS Windows (Version 1.01) to run on a
VAXmate.  This machine has a 3-buttion DECmouse, with native mouse
drivers (DECMOUSE.SYS and DECMOUSE.COM).  Windows does not recognize
or honor this mouse driver.  Can anyone help me out with a Windows
compatible mouse driver for use with the 3-button DECmouse on the
VAXmate under DOS 3.1?  Many thanks.
