Has anyone get modem, installed in COM3 and IRQ 5, work properly with Win 3.0.
I tried and noticed long time delays (about 20 sec) between dial command in
Terminal and actual commands sent to modem. It connects to host, but shows
only half of letters at the host prompt and I couldn't logged in.

I put lines Com3Base=xxxx and Com3Irq=5 in system.ini file. I know that the
problem is in Windows 3.0, hardware is OK. Also I know that configuration works
OK with Win 3.1, I'm only curious about Win 3.0 problems and solutions. :o
