The courseware you are talking about may be Calculus&Mathematica, written by  
Horacio Porta and Jerry Uhl at the University of Illinois and Bill Davis at  
Ohio State, and published by Addison-Wesley.  The course was originally written  
for the Mac. but is now available for the NeXT and yes, for MS-Windows 3.*.  To  
run the course (in Windows), you need Mathematica 2.0 for Windows (available  
from Wolfram Research (217) 398-0700) and a version of Adobe Type Manager to  
display the font used in the course (TrueType will be available soon).  The  
MS-Windows version is still in its infancy (I am still doing a few conversions)  
but will be available via FTP soon.  If you have any questions regarding the
