Hi netters!!

	I own a 386SX 16MHz, VGA 4 Mbytes computer. I'm not a windows fan, so,
sometime ago I installed it (3.0). My problem comes because when I tried to
start a non windows aplication (just Command) I said that it was impossible to
run the application in a window or in the background (386 Enhaced mode). I
tried every configuration possible in the PIF file. I didn't get a solution.
The computer is an Intel with Phoenix BIOS 1.10.18, The README.TXT file in the
distribution talks about AT&T and Phoenix BIOS 1.10.14 or earlier. I checked
my configuration and it's OK, so I don't know what to do. I'd like to ask two
questions:

	1) Are there any solution to this under 3.0?

	2) Does Windows 3.1 avoid the problem?
