Hi!

I was wondering if win3.1 (and NT when it comes out) comes with 
multimedia extensons included.  I know 3.1 has some support for soundcards
and cd players.  Is it the same as mme?  If not, will there be a new mme
for 3.1?  Does the old mme work with 3.1?
