In PowerPoint 3.0, the proofing tools were organised in .../MSAPPS/PROOF
directory. However, for WFW 2.0a, they are still in WINWORD directory.
Furthermore, PowerPoint 3.0 allows you to select British or American
dictionary at install time. After that, Spelling in WFW automatically
switches to UK dictionary (my language was set to UK). Grammar,
hypnenation and thesarus are still the old US ones.

Does anyone know if WFW would follow suit - I dont like the trouble I
have to go to just to *pay* for the English (UK) proofing tools as
an add-on after I have paid for the WFW.

As I already have a WFW licence, would I be contravening any copyright
laws if I siphon out the UK proofing tools from anyone who has it?
After all I can get them from Microsoft if I pay the adminstrative fee
(about S$50.00) but as I am now in the process of relocating, I cannot
afford to sit and wait for it to be delivered. I am prepared to pay the
adminstrative charges if someone can send me these electronically.

Thanks.

Jaya

P.S. Powerpoint 3.0 is great - I believe it has all the functionality
of Harvard Graphics and more (like on-line story-board style
presentations).
