Hi, I've been playing around with my friends Mac, and I came across this game called "Lunatic Fringe" that comes with the AfterDark for Macintosh. Now, this may be a dumb question, but why can't I get it for the Windows After Dark. Could it be?... NO!... Don't say it.... that the Macintosh is.... (gulp) better(???) than the PC?!? I "shore" would like to get my hands on this wonderful "productivity" tool for Windows. With the multitude of accelerator cards and local bus video mbs that are coming out, I wouldn't think that speed would be too much of a problem. Terry Henning terryh@cae.wisc.edu PS - For those who don't know what Lunatic Fringe is, it's a highly addictive game/screen saver for After Dark, which at the moment, I believe is only available for the Mac. It's a space, shoot-'em-up game with *awesome* graphics in 256 colors. The detail and animation were very impressive. For example, all of the objects are shadowed as if they have a single light source, i.e. as you turn your ship, the shadows change the give the illusion that the light is always coming from a single direction.
