Ok, First, you also need the file called TOOLBOX.DLL. Put it and the
Dr. Watson file in your Windows directory. Edit your win.ini and add
DRWATSON.EXE to the load= line. That's it. The DLL may be in a file called
WW0440.EXE (or ZIP).
