If this subject has been discussed before, I apologize for the rehash.

We are looking for a C++ GUI class library that is available for both
X and MS windows.  We would prefer a commercial product and one with
simple 2D graphics ( such as bar charts, graphing capabilities) but would 
consider any that are available. 

Does anyone out there know of such a product?  Please email the response
to me at  kathy@ngc.com instead of posting it.  I will then post a
summary if I receive several replys.
