WinQVT and Comm 3

I have had a problem with the Com 3 port.
It would appear that WinQVT may not be able to
detect whether or not I'm still connected on
this port.

Someone told me that there was discussion of this
but I managed to lose that mail trying to save
it for future reference. Does anyone know
how to fix this problem?

Is it a bug in the terminal or is it a bug in
the windows environment?
