How do you cancel printing in draft mode? I tried escape...
can't figure out how to do it. When in the manual does it give
instructions, I can't find it (I have pocket guide and ms press book).

Table of contents. Too bad it doesn't include the actual number of
pages that the table of contents itself takes. I have to manually
set chapter 1 to begin at page 1 (new section) when my toc is 4 pages.
Is this correct?

Printing from page N to M. I have a 4 page toc, 1 page title page so
chapter 1, logical page 1, starts at physical page 6. If I select the
mouse on the screen, I see page 30 in the status bar. But if I start
printing from page 30 to 40, it is not the same page 30! This is
somewhat inconsistent. Right?

Oh well, I still like it, even though I had to sit through a 60 page
accidental print request!!!(couldn't escape it) What happened to
    AbortDocProc anyway.
