I've created a mailing list for people interested in Windows NT
development. Once things are underway, and if the traffic warrants,
I'll create a newsgroup to go with it (probably comp.os.nt - we'll
see). In the meantime the list is available by sending a subscription
request to ntdev-request@alfalfa.com . This list is not in anyway
associated with Microsoft, although I hope to be linking it to their
Compuserve help conferences if possible.

I'm not sure which upsets me more: that people are so unwilling to accept
responsibility for their own actions, or that they are so eager to regulate
everyone else's.
