I'm trying to get my Okidata Microline 92 printer (9 pin -- circa 1986) to work with Windows 3.1 (using the graphics modes). Unfortunately, the closest supplied printer driver, Okidata ML92-IBM, is close, but not close enough. It apparently uses a few command sequences that the printer doesn't know about (I get graphics interspersed with lines of gibberish ASCII). I've looked at simtel and Compu$erve without success. So, my questions are: 1. Does anyone already have a printer driver I could buy or beg? 2. Does anyone know what goes in a printer driver file? If I had this in assembly, C, or Pascal, I have enough info to write my own. Or is there a "driver writer" program that I could use to build a driver? 3. Does Okidata have a bulletin board, etc. that might have something like this? Please send e-mail, and if I get anything useful, I'll summarize. Thanks in advance, ---- Kent Prosch, StorageTek, Louisville, CO. UUCP: ...!csn!stortek.com!Kent_Prosch Domain: Kent_Prosch@stortek.com
