I can't seem to click on a norton desktop icon (such as Printer, Anti-Virus,
or SmartErase) and get their system menu.  It works fine on programs/icons
I've added myself.  So this means I can't change the label for my printers.

I talked to a friend who has Norton and it works for him.  

My system (poor computer is more like it) is: 286-16 4MB RAM, 1MB EMS, 160MB
total fixed disk space, Hercules monochrome, Logitech mouse.

Any idea how I can fix this?  Where do the printer label strings get stored, can
I change them in some file instead???

Access to the icon menu can be turned on and off in the Configuration 
menu. I am not near my machine to give you the exact pull down. It's down 
about two levels if I remember correctly and a check box.
