Inherited font is: "-adobe-courier-bold-r-*-*-*-190-*-*-*-*-*-*"

Under OpenWindows this all works fine.  Under X11R5 the
PANEL_LABEL_STRING comes out a larger size of the same font.
It's almost like the xv_create is parsing off the foundry.

We have noticed that OpenWin & X11R5 choose different foundries
if left up to the server.  So we now set the fonts with
xv_find(..., FONT_NAME, ...) making sure to explicitly set
the foundry.  Everything works great except for
PANEL_LABEL_STRINGS & MENU_TITLES.

Anyone have any clues?
