Hi, I am developing a drawing program under XView. I have rubber banding objects. This is how i am going about it. I am having two GCs and a pixmap and a canvas. While rubber banding (in event_proc of canvas) i write the image in both the GCs , one has pixmap as drawable and other has the canvas has drawable. And in repaint_proc I Copy the Pixmap on to Canvas ( XCopyPlane). This works, but i dont like it. There must be a more elegant way of doign it.. i want to avoid drawing to two GCs. Any pointers are welcome. If someone can point to some pd program which does something similar , then it would be helpful. Thanks.
