I put a oficial patch part 3 for X11R5/contrib/lib/Xwchar from
OMRON Corporation on export.lcs.mit.edu.

Files are:
  ~ftp/pub/R5/contrib-fixes/Xwchar/README.p3
                                   patch3.Z

Please read README.p3.

Changed points:

  Maked adjustment for changing of wcharint.h in mit-patch-level-21.
  Fixed a bug of wchar.man
