One way to doit in using CONTOOL the X console program. You can
install filter that can execute a program when a particular message
appears in the console. You can have multiline messages.
I had something like that installed, the only problem is how to refuse
a call. If you do not take the call inmediately every time TALK rings
you will get another execution of your command. This should be not
that difficult to fix, but it probably needs more programming than I
was willing to spend. You can get arguments for your program from the
filtered message. So you could even select between talk and otalk
automatically.
