🚀 go-pugleaf

This fixes two bugs in vtwm 5.0.  I sent this off to Dana Chee, who
seems to be the latest modifier of the program but got no response.
The first bug is that when a window is lowered on the screen, the
associated window on the desktop is dropped below the real screen
representation on the desktop.

The other bug is that when vtwm starts, or a new window is added, you
can't scroll the screen through a section of edge covered by the
window until some raise/lower type of operation is executed.
