Does any know where I could get the source code which would allow me to
create a Table Object written for the Xview Library?  I notice in the 
OPENLOOK Graphical User Interface Application Style Guidelines they describe
such an object.  I am using the Xview library 3.0 for which no Table
object exists.  Basically, I need a mulitcolumn scrolling list.
