Which package for debian contains the KDE header files?

Hello NG.

I searched and searched but I did not find an appropriate answer!

I want to compile a certain application (in this case Licq with KDE
support) and therefore, I need the KDE libraries, i.e. the KDE header
files!

In my Debian distribution, the header files don't seem to be installed
(only a few files in /usr/include/kde).

I am currently using KDE 3.1!

An 'apt-get install kdelibs-dev' fails because of broken dependencies
(in fact, it wants to install older versions of the dependencies!).

So my question is: which package do I need to install to get these
header files?

Is there any location I need to add to my sources.list?

Please, give me a hint!
