Can anyone tell me what PHIGS++ is?  I recently received an enquiry
regarding our support of graphics standards and was asked specifically
about PEX, PHIGS, PHIGS+ and PHIGS++.  I cannot seem to find anyone
who has heard of PHIGS++.
