I am trying to get several PC's connected to the SCO system via TCP/IP (ethernet) running X windows. two problems have come up: 1. pc fonts are not defined on unix side (give warning msgs, color not defined) Quarterdeck has bdftosnf instructions.. they say this is not really important right now.. more "looks". 2. what is the proper command line?? we have tried: rexec <SCO IP #> /usr/bin/X11/scoterm -display <pc IP #>:0 " " xterm " " " " xdt3 " " each has its assorted problems.. we can get the basic desktop, but if we choose an application, it says "could not find sco term", or "cannot open display". has anyone used these two together before?? -- +--------------------------------------+ | Brent Mosbrook KC6MWK | | mosbrook@csulb.edu | +--------------------------------------+
