Our product MetaCard is a SCO ODT X11 client in binary form that is
available from ftp.uu.net directory vendor/Metacard/1.2B4. It's a
save-disabled distribution of a commercial ($495) product, however,
and so may not be exactly what you had in mind.

MetaCard is a hypermedia/Rapid Application Development environment
similar to Apple/Claris HyperCard. Engines are available for 8 (soon
to be 9) platforms. Try it out!
