Question regarding portable window builders

Hello X people,

I have been told that there exist several GUI
builders which will create windows portable
to any windows system including OSF/Motif X
Windows, Microsoft Windows, Presentation Manager,
and Macintosh. You just tell the builder which
platform you want the generated code for.

Has anyone heard of such an animal? Got anything good
or bad to say about it? How much functionality of
the window environment do you lose since you
cannot take advantage of a specific platform.

I am interested to hear what you have to say,

Mike Butler
