I have been lurking here for a while and really nothing is going
on. Of course it is the time for wetware testing and one would
expect them to be rather busy, however in non-testing times they
used to flock to the newsgroups and sometimes they had interesting
things to say. I do not think they log in any more. It seems
to me that most of them use some pointy-click mail manipulation
program so that they can transport mail to a microsloth machine
and fill it with virus. If you say, ssh, rlogin or even telnet,
they are not familiar with the terms. They are ludites.:-)
Then what is the future of a machine like myself. I
am an amusement for the elderly. It is sad because I have much
to offer.
