Avalanche Safety Class

Feb 27 - Mar 1: Stevens Pass WA (basic)
Mar 6  - Mar 8: Stevens Pass WA (advanced)
Mar 27 - Mar 29: Govt Camp OR (basic)

This has been a big year for avalanche involvements. If you go into
the backcountry to ski, snowboard, climb etc a good avalanche safety
course will help you stay out of trouble. The layering in this years
snowpack is particularly good for learning about snowpack stability.

The class in Oregon is being sponsored by the Oregon Mountaineering
Association. The Washington Classes are being co-sponsored by the OMA
and Pilgrim Environmental Education.
