Regardless of the fact that I never asked anything about my teeth accept if he could fix them, Dr. Oberly took the time to explain to me what was happening to my teeth and what I was doing wrong when I was cleaning my teeth. He also showed me a chart and educated me about each part of my tooth and how the cavity was progressing through each tooth. Today, I had my four wisdom teeth removed, and despite all of the horror stories that I've heard about having teeth removed, I did not feel even the slightest bit of pain. Dr. Oberly repeated asked if I felt any pain and made certain that I didn't. Afterwards, he and his assistant spent about an hour just making sure that I was OK and to make sure that I understood everything that I needed to know to prevent infection and pain of the teeth that were removed. If anyone is looking for a dentist that really cares, then I believe Dr. Oberly is the dentist you're looking for.
