Well, it is apparent that these bastards don't care about customers.  Not
only have I posted in this lame forum, but I have diligently gone through
their lame ass web interface to send them an email about their product.
Have I gotten a response? NO.  Typical.  All I can hope for, is that the
lead support manager and CTO are somehow on a business trip in Afghanistan
when the US air strike occurs!  The only other company that equals
Creative's lack of support is McAfee/NAI and their lack of support for
Dr.Soloman.  Inept corporate monkeys who should die a painful death!
