If I am correct, both system will more than likely try to request the same addresses and IRQs, this will pose a problem since the computer won't know which board to talk to. Personally I have an AZZA mobo w/ onboard sound. It is a PCI 64 I believe. On my system I have a PCI 512. MUCH higher quality ... if SB cards can have quality... I have disabled the onboard sound and have my PCI card as the sound card.
