Playcenter2 installation...

I just installed play center 2 on my computer running windows millennium.
When I run play center it displays splash screen but after that he only
thing I
see is a small bar on my screen and that's it.  I can't see anything but
that. I can't right click/left click/double click on that bar.
The bar has no control menu so I can't minimize or maximize it.
It's a small silver bar. I installed and uninstalled playcenter several
times but
to no avail.

Please help!!!!!!!!!!
