Greetings-

I have an old SB16 PnP ISA card that I put into an old DOS-based PC. I
downloaded the files I need from Creative's site - PnP Configuation Manager
and SB Basic (drivers). When I execute the files, I get warnings that some
of the files "fail CRC check" and the software doesn't install properly. I
tried 3 separate downloads and transferred to different floppies and get the
same problems. I checked my 'good' PC (my P3-733) for viruses and found none
thinking the files may have been corrupted on my end when downloading them
onto this particular machine. I'm thinking either the files from Creative
themselves are bad or I'm doing something crazy that I can't figure out.
Any thoughts or has anyone come across the same thing? I know DOS is old
but its still a good OS, especially when you want to play those old games!

Thanks
Mark
