I just bought the above card and get the following problems:

1- My p3 500 suddenly started running at 522mhz, if I put my voodoo3 back it
returns to 500.

2- Right after the POST there's a message flashing stating that it couldn't
find SPD at dimms 1,2,3,...whatever that means. Again if I put the v3 back
everything goes back to normal, no more message about memory.

3- Finally, and more importantly, when trying to install the drivers in
Win2000, upon starting to copy files I get a black screen with a flashing
cursor and the computer just hangs there. No matter what way I tried to
install the drivers it still happened.

In windows millennium I get to install the drivers but after accepting the
request to reboot the os hangs for a while and when it finally boots to a
640x480 @ 60hz says the driver can't be used. Same in device manager,
reports windows hung while trying to load the driver so it won't attempt
again.
I tried this with both the drivers in the CD and updated ones from the web
site.

Is the card faulty or is it my system? should I return the card and get a
second one or not bother with this particular card at all? any ideas
appreciated.

Thanks
