Hi,

I noticed that Creative answer questions that are newer than this one.

Couldn't someone from Creative acknowledge that they are aware of the
problem, and if they don't know the answer then at least say it's being
looked into.

Nick has also started another thread about this problem and someone has said
try creating a 2GB partition. Surely in this day and age, Creative would
have a fix to this problem. When was the last time someone was able to buy
a new hard drive with 2 GB or less. For Creative to agree that this is the
problem shows how far behind the times they are. How about Quality
Assurance, or is it a matter of getting products out the door and sold
regardless of the quality of the hardware or software??

Max
