Creative Launcher active during screensaver?

Hello,
I have found that the Creative Launcher is still active while a
password-protected screensaver is running. This allows someone to activate
the Launcher at the top of the screen, and start whatever program is on the
Launcher panel,,, such as a web browser.
I'm running Win98SE, P3, SBLive3.0.
Anyone else seen this or is it just me?
