I have recently done a fresh reinstallation of NT 4.0 and installed Explorer
5.5. I use a Pci 128 sound card and now when I am surfing the net and using
winamp I get distortion. I have used these all in combination before problem
free. I suspect that the browser is what is causing the problem because I
can use winamp with any other application with no problems. I don't think
the sound card is the issue, but I am at a loss as to why it is all of a
sudden not working. If anyone has any suggestions I would love to hear them.
