OK I am pretty freaked out now! Please someone tell me that it is something technical that can be fixed easily. I've just built a new computer and installed my new GeForce 2 card. Everything is fine, but then I restart, and I notice when it shows the graphics card BIOS it said 16MB GeForce 2 GTS. So I said to myself that that can't be possible, so I must have read wrong. So I check it in Display Center and it said the exact same thing. 16MB of memory!!! I freaked out!!! I thought to myself "THEY DON'T MAKE A 16MB GEFORCE 2 GTS CARD???!!!" So what the hell is going on?? Is it a jupper I can change on the card to make it use the "OTHER" 16MB?? Does it need a BIOS upgrade for it to reconize the full 32MB?? Is there a conflict with the card and the motherboard (Giga-byte GA-6VXC7-4X)?? Have I not inserted it properly?? Are there some motherboard BIOS settings that I must change?? Have I given off a shock to the card and short curcuited something that make the card forget the other 16MB?? Did this one 16MB card somehow find it's way into my hands?? Can someone PLEASE help me and tell me what is going on? I'm going out of my mind here!!! Misc. Details:- I bought it last year October during my visit to America. I am in South Africa. I brought it home planning to buy a new computer and put it in. Finally the time has come and something it wrong. So just going to the shop that I purchased it from and swapping it for a brand new one is sort of out of the question. But if push comes to shove I will have to send it back to family who lives over there and ask them to take it back for me. I do still have the reciept from where I bought it from. I am hoping maybe I could sort it out with someone who deals with Creative Labs here in South Africa, and maybe get them to either look at it to see if it is defective and be kind and replace it for me, or they could send it back to Creative Labs America and they could sort it out from there. Another thing that strikes me as unusual is that it states that it is SD RAM but on the card itself on the memory modules it says SG RAM. Is it suppose to say that? The Model Number is :- GB0010 (that's what it says on the card and in Device Manager). I thought it would say something like "Creative GeForce 2 GTS" or "Creative Annihilator 2" under Device Manager, but instead it says a boring GB0010. The Serial Number is :- TGB0010020088887, I don't know, maybe just incase some Creative staff might need that. PLEASE to anyone that is reading this could they please help me? Thanks, Lee York
