You're probably thinking of http://www.creativehelp.com/specs/ but it only lists
retail products.  It is a bit outdated, though it is in the process of being
updated (major overhaul).

My list shows the CT5807 as an OEM PCI 128 that was made for Dell.
You would want to confirm the model number by checking the FCC sticker on the
back of the card, in some cases the actual model number may differ from the CT
number silkscreened on the board (that number is also used to designate the
printed circuit board as well.)
